Job Description: Minimum of 10+ years of experienceFive years of experience operating infrastructure in Microsoft Azure.Strong understanding of core technologies including Windows, DNS, Active Directory, IIS, Certificate Services, and networking.Minimum 3-5 years' experience Citrix XenApp 6.X / 7.X and Citrix Xen Desktop 7Minimum 3-5 years' experience with engineering and administration of remote access gateways covering Citrix, Cisco and Juniper product lines.Minimum 2-year experience Citrix Access Gateway/NetScalerknowledge of relationship of each component of the farm including: network, storage, server, and databaseExperience with DNS and DHCPThorough knowledge of remote access solutions covering IPSec, SSL VPNs and associated data security designsStrong Technical knowledge of Windows 2003/2008, Windows XP, Windows 7, SQL Server, Altiris, MS Office 2003/2007/2010, Active DirectoryWorking knowledge of application deployment process and functional network troubleshootingAbility to function in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and tight deadlinesProvide escalated, highly complex technical support to customers by investigating and resolving systems-related matters of significance; provides support telephonically and/or electronicallyStrong communication skills to communicate systems proposals to management and customers and provide systems diagnoses and resolution for current systemsGood interpersonal skills to interact with customers, senior level personnel, subordinates, and team membersAbility to work independently and as part of a global teamProficiency in Citrix components including virtual ADC appliances, VDAs, storefronts, delivery controllers, FAS server, Cloud Connectors, Citrix Cloud, and ADM service.
