Job Description
We're looking for our first Field Marketing Manager to shape the way we connect with potential clients. You'll have the freedom to build our field marketing program from the ground up and see the direct impact of your work on our company's success. This is a hands-on role where you'll design and run events that put QA Wolf directly in front of key decision-makers.
Responsibilities
Own Field Event Success: Plan and execute in-person events (dinners, happy hours, etc.) and virtual experiences (webinars, industry roundtables, etc.) that engage our target audience. Manage all event aspects, from venue selection to lead follow-up. Creative Campaign Development: Develop engaging event ideas and campaigns that make QA Wolf stand out in the market. Collaborate with other teams to ensure your events have maximum reach and impact. Tradeshows and Conferences: Develop our tradeshow strategy from scratch, ensuring we make the most of our presence and participation. Strategic Partnerships: Identify and develop partnerships with complementary companies for co-hosted events. Nurture existing partnerships to maximize their value. Pipeline Ownership: Manage a budget and be accountable for generating qualified leads and direct revenue from your field marketing efforts. Travel: This role involves travel approximately two times per month.
Requirements
3-8 years of experience in field marketing or a related field. Proven track record of successfully using events to generate leads. Excellent communication and collaboration skills – you'll be working closely with Sales and Customer Success. Strong project management abilities to keep multiple initiatives on track.
