Sr. HRIS Specialist

Summary

Hanwha Qcells is seeking a Sr. HRIS Specialist to join a growing solar panel manufacturing group in Cartersville, GA. This position will play a crucial role in overseeing the development, implementation, and maintenance of our Human Resources Information System (HRIS). This position will bring in professional experience to optimize HR processes, drive system improvements, and ensure the effective use of HR technology across the organization. As we continue to expand, we are seeking a seasoned HRIS Manager to join our team and contribute to the success of our organization.

This position will work in the temporary office in Atlanta, GA, until the facility is ready in Cartersville, GA in 2024.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement a comprehensive HRIS strategy aligned with organizational goalsCollaborate with key stakeholders to identify HR technology needs and enhancementsPlans to play the role of HR system transfer project lead for Dalton Factory & Carterville FactoryLead the implementation and integration of HRIS modules and updatesEnsure the integrity and accuracy of HRIS data through regular audits and system maintenanceProvide ongoing support and troubleshooting for HRIS usersStreamline HR processes through the effective use of HR technologyIdentify opportunities for automation and efficiency improvementsConduct regular assessments to ensure HRIS is meeting organizational needsDevelop and generate regular reports for HR and leadership, providing insights into key HR metricsUtilize data analytics to inform decision-making and identify trendsTrain HR staff on report generation and data analysis within the HRISEnsure HRIS compliance with data protection regulations and company policiesCollaborate with IT and security teams to maintain the security and confidentiality of HRIS data

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, or a related fieldMinimum of 5+ years of experience in HRIS management with a proven track record of successIn-depth knowledge of HR processes, systems, and best practicesStrong project management skills with a focus on successful system implementationsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teamsProficient in HRIS software (e.g., Workday, ADP, Paycom) and data analytics tools
