📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
QLM Search has been retained by a highly acquisitive Specialist Manufacturer to recruit a Plant Director to lead a key strategic site.
Reporting to the Chief Supply Chain Officer, you will manage the leadership team of a major manufacturing site, take responsibility for setting strategic objectives and driving performance to exceed customer expectations.
Leading the business, with full responsibility for P&L, capex and all functions on site to achieve strategic goals in line with group expectation;Driving the simplification of production processes through standardization, technology and innovation, and the implementation of Lean methodologiesWorking collaboratively with customers and the commercial team to effectively manage and develop current and future business plans;Implementing and developing a continuous improvement mindset, accountability and communication across the site and a clear focus on delivery of core activities.
