Responsibilities
Ownership as equipment engineer of a specific tool set for sustainment of daily operationsDrive continuous improvement activities on hardware, maintenance, and overall operationTrain and support maintenance techniciansWork with and lead cross functional team of process engineering, maintenance, and productionInterface with vendors and contractors for new tool installation, upgrades, and qualification
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline or equivalent military / field experienceCollaborative, team player, working effectively in small teams to drive improvementsMicrosoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint proficiency requiredAble to work off-hours as neededStrong communication skills to convey technical instructions and concepts, both verbally and writtenAbility to collect and analyze data is desiredAble to navigate multiple projects and flexible to changing priorities
