Our PE backed client headquartered in the Philadelphia area is seeking a hands-on controller for an outstanding growth opportunity. Great opportunity to learn and work on M&A!
Reporting to the CFO, the ideal candidate must have experience supporting a professional service environment.
Responsibilities:Managing financial systems and controlsStrong systems experience having completed a systems conversionProvide reporting to a Private Equity firmProviding CFO with financial project supportCompleting financial reportingAssisting with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning and analysisAssisting CFO with third party managementOverseeing payroll, accounts payable and receivable, cash/treasury management, invoicing, and other administrative and operational financial functions
Skills/ Competencies:Bachelor’s degree in Accounting8-12 years of experience that includes both hands on PE and bank reporting knowledgeSmall to mid-size controller experience a plusMid-level accounting systems knowledgeStrong data orientation
Additional Details:Compensation: $165k total compensationEmployment Type: Direct Hire
