In-House Counsel
QUAD is seeking an In-House Counsel for our international client’s Cherry Hill, NJ corporate headquarters.
Responsibilities:Determining ethical solutions related to legal issuesPerforming strategy related to favorable and cost-effective case resolutionDeveloping arguments and representing organizational best interestsMaintaining awareness of current legislationPreparing timely and accurate legal documentsProviding fund raising activities assistanceProviding ad hoc HR related assistance
Skills/ Competencies:Bachelor’s degreeJD degree from accredited school of law 5+ years’ experience with corporate transactions and contractsLicensed to practice in Pennsylvania, New York, and New Jersey highly preferredAbility to work effectively in a global business environmentStrong communication skills (verbal and written) and attention to detail
Additional Details:Employment Type: Direct HireSalary: to $150k + bonus
