Quad in Hartford is seeking Temporary Local Seasonal production workers to help through the busy season. The Seasonal Production workers assist in meeting production goals and deadlines during times of increased volume.

Seasonal workers will be hired as temporary employees, which is a non-benefited position. You will be required to work 2 set shifts per week (day or night shifts available), with the opportunity to sign up for additional days as the workload ramps up.

Pay is $16 / hr. Night shift will receive an additional $.75 / hr. premium.

Qualifications

Receive and follow instructions.Must have the ability to work 2 set 12-hour shifts per week (7 A.M. - 7 P.M., or 7 P.M. - 7 A.M.).Must be able to perform the essential duties with or without reasonable accommodation.Follow standard operating procedures of the department at all times.Team player and able to work well with others.Attention to detail.Must be able to consistently lift 15 to 30 lbs.Good math.Good verbal & written skills.Ability to prioritize multiple functions.

Physical Demands

Lift to 15-30 lbs. continuously.Lift to 50 lbs. occasionally.Stand 12 hours.Use hands and wrists continuously in controlled movements.Use vision to identify defects.
