Materials management, route optimization, warehouse and inventory optimization experience, manpower optimization.Engineering Process Improvement - Value Stream Mapping (VSM) Applications - Continuous Improvement - Industrial Products Experience Agile project management Key Responsibilities: 1. Project Management: Plan and execute improvement projects, including defining objectives, timelines, resource allocation, and monitoring progress. Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. Exp. in both traditional and Agile methods. 2.Value Stream Mapping (VSM): Utilize your VSM expertise to create current-state and future-state VSMs, enabling a clear visualization of workflow and opportunities for improvement.3. Identify opportunities to reduce labor, route optimization, warehouse and inventory optimization.4. Streamlining Operations for Increased Productivity & Cost Reduction through Automation 5. Continuous Improvement: Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the manufacturing teams. Develop and implement improvement plans, set KPIs, and track progress to ensure sustainable changes. 6. Data Analysis: Leverage data analytics tools to collect, analyze, and present data related to engineering processes. Create dashboards and reports that provide insights for decision-making. 7. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with different teams. 8. Risk Management: Identify potential risks and roadblocks in improvement projects and proactively develop mitigation strategies. 9. Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior management, to ensure alignment of objectives and support for improvement initiatives. 10. Business Process Improvement: Apply business process improvement methodologies to assess and enhance overall organizational efficiency.
