General Summary

The candidate will be supporting the Automotive Business Unit’s quickly growing business. This role will be responsible for budgeting, financial planning, month-end close support and variance analysis. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and possess the flexibility to manage various projects, details, and deliverables.

Principal Duties & Responsibilities

Support weekly, quarterly, and annual forecasting process with input preparation and analysisAnalyze monthly and quarterly results, key business metrics, and drivers of financial performanceSummarize key findings and present to managementSupport consolidated BU forecasting and variance activities and align with functional and financial counterparts regularly to ensure accuracy in forecast

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree. 3+ years of Finance, Accounting, or related work experience.Completed advanced degrees in a relevant field may be substituted for up to two years (Master’s = one year, Doctorate = two years) of work experience.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or AccountingProficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPointStrong analytical, problem solving and conceptual skillsExcellent interpersonal skills and communication, both written and verbalAbility to work collaboratively in fast-paced environmentOrganized, accurate and detail-orientedTableau and Cognos TM1 (or similar) experience is preferred

Pay Range

$83,000.00 - $125,000.00

The above pay scale reflects the broad, minimum to maximum, pay scale for this job code for the location for which it has been posted. Even more importantly, please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Qualcomm. We also offer a competitive annual discretionary bonus program and opportunity for annual RSU grants (employees on sales-incentive plans are not eligible for our annual bonus).
