We offer a wide variety of name brand products and are always willing to find or create a product that meets our customers' unique needs. With warehouse locations across several states including Connecticut, Georgia, Minnesota, and Texas, we are able to ship most orders on the same day.
Role DescriptionThis is a full-time role for a Customer Service Representative located in our on-site office in North Haven, CT. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing excellent customer support and ensuring customer satisfaction. This includes processing orders received via incoming phone calls and e-mail, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining a positive customer experience. The Customer Service Representative will play a vital role in maintaining strong relationships with our customers and representing our company in a professional and friendly manner. Cross training and responsibilities in other departments including accounts receivable is a part of this position.
