📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
PositionSpanish Bilingual Human Resources Manager
Duties and Responsibilities:● Responsible for recruitment and retention of employees● Drives the implementation, communication and execution of all HR policies and procedures● Ensures HR readiness for launch of key business strategic objectives, developments and/ororganizational change● Fosters and promotes a climate of positive employee and labor relations. Take initiatives that promote positive employee engagement and inspire trust● Strives for continuous improvement through implementing local process enhancements & sharing best practices● Conducts new hire orientations and training● Planning and preparation of company events
Skills and Abilities:● Excellent verbal and written communication skills● Interpersonal skills● Ability to manage people● Highly developed administrative skills● Ability to exercise discretion in confidential matters
Knowledge and Experience:● Proven Leadership in non-Union Environments● Demonstrated in-depth experience with employee and labor relations●Broad knowledge and experience in employment law, compensation, organizational planning, employee relations, safety, training and development● Skill in developing and implementing salary administration plans and programs● Knowledge of benefits including health care, FMLA, and COBRA● Bilingual (English, Spanish)
Working Hours, Working Style:● 9:00 - 18:00, On-site
Education:● Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or equivalent
