QuinStreet, Inc. seeks Quality Assurance Engineer in Foster City, CA.

Duties: Design test plans, write test cases, review functional requirement documentation. Participate in QA function of the web platforms, including Systems and Integration Testing, Regression Testing, Performance and Load Testing, Compliance Testing. Design and create automation test cases to perform QA tasks such as system integration, data validation, load testing and performance testing. Perform root cause analysis to identify problems in design and/or implementation. Make decisions in day-to-day operations, proactively raising issues with managers when necessary.

Requires a Bachelor's Degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science or related field plus 3 years of experience in related occupations. Requires 3 years of experience with the following: developing Java in Selenium Web-Driver; designing and executing automation scripts using Selenium Web-Driver; web applications testing; Functional Testing, Black-Box testing, Regression testing, Smoke testing and Ad-hoc testing; web technologies Java, JSP and related frameworks, web APIs, AJAX, JavaScript, and CSS; test case and bug management tools JIRA and Bugzilla; generating test data and preparing weekly status reports, and Test Estimation; preparation of execution status reports and Defect reports; and writing SQL complex queries, database testing; Unix and shell scripting. Telecommuting is permitted.

This may include attending meetings, conferences, or training sessions, as well as collaborating with team members or partners in various locations.
