📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
R.C. Brayshaw & Company is seeking a Graphic Designer with digital and web experience to join our Marketing Team. Our marketing team builds and supports a variety of websites, digital advertising, and complex marketing programs for all manner of clients. You will be responsible for helping to develop successful marketing collateral and campaigns with eye-catching and effective graphic design across all forms of media and devices. The ideal candidate is resourceful and creative, able to bring new ideas and concepts to the table while adhering to brand standards and guidelines.
Skills & Requirements3-5 years graphic design experience preferredStrong proficiency in all industry-leading software, including Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)Attention to detail and strong organizational skillsPrint production knowledgeProvide accurate timelines for new projectsEffectively manage multiple projects and complete tasks within the constraints of clients’ timelines and budgetsAble to work both independently and as part of a teamAble to effectively communicate with peers, managers, and clients
Bonus points if you have…Experience with paid advertisingExperience with Email Marketing software, such as MindFire, or Marketing AutomationExperienced and current with all social media platforms, including their trends, audiences, and effective usesExperience with WordPress and WP Engine; Making content and layout edits, troubleshooting and resolving errors and plugin conflicts, etc.Experience with front-end coding languages such as HTML and CSSAbility to design user-friendly websites and landing pagesAbility to create and manage Social Media Calendars; developing ideal posting schedule and topics, understanding web traffic and engagement metrics
