Job Title. Influencer Marketing SpecialistReporting to. Senior Manager, Influencer MarketingLocation: Los Angeles or New York City preferred
Your Mission.
assist Sr. Manager with overarching global influencer marketing strategy support team with ideation, coordination and execution of influencer and consumer facing eventsassist Sr. Manager with paid campaigns, including: supporting with new product launch campaigns and always-on evergreen content; sourcing influencers for campaigns; assisting with drafting contracts and redlinesideate new influencer mailer concepts; generate mailer recipient lists; manage operations side of mailers; manage creative process of mailer cards and boxesmanage product orders for brand sendouts and pr agenciesassist with pr strategy and execution; coordinating press releases, images, assets, quotes, etc.source new and upcoming influencers to seed product (micro to macro tiers)community management: monitor influencer posts on social via Tribe Dynamics and manage internal trackers
Your Profile.
2-3 years of relevant experience in influencer marketing or PR, specifically in the beauty industryideally based in NYC or LAcreative, strategic mindset; ability to bring ideas to lifeself-starter with ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environmentability to manage small-scale campaign and event budgetsexperience in planning and executing eventsexperience with legal contracts a plusstrong time management skillsfamiliarity with performance tracking softwareexcellent written and verbal communication skillsproficient in microsoft excel, powerpoint and google suitestrong analytical, problem-solving and troubleshooting capabilities passionate about beauty and up to date on relevant cultural events bachelor’s degree strongly preferred
Budget. $60k-$65k base plus bonus
