Position Summary:We are looking for a talented Project Manager to oversee successful delivery of projects for our clients. You will need strong project management skills, with the ability to focus on details while understanding the big picture view. We want someone who can solve problems creatively, adjust to changing situations, and use best practices to manage projects. The ideal candidate will serve as a strategic advisor driven by great customer service.

As Project Manager, you will be key in executing projects smoothly within our client environments. We need someone passionate about project management who deeply grasps the discipline. You will navigate uncertainty, adapt when circumstances shift, and apply project management methodologies in your work. We want an innovative thinker excited to strategically guide projects and provide top-notch service.

This role is a full time remote position. This role is expected to be a six month duration, contract to-hire role.

Key Responsibilities:Manage the entire project lifecycle, ensuring all deliverables are met within the agreed timeline, scope, and budget.Develop comprehensive project plans, including resource allocation, timelines, milestones, risks, and dependencies.Work with diverse teams to align project deliverables with the client's strategic objectives. Be comfortable managing and developing project status to a variety of stakeholders.Proactively identify potential risks and issues, implementing corrective actions to mitigate impact.Stay updated on ACA and Medicaid regulations and industry trends to align projects with market opportunities.Communicate project updates regularly, presenting performance metrics to stakeholders and our client's management.Support the growth and development of our client's Strategic Initiatives Office (SIO).Foster a collaborative environment by effectively resolving conflicts, facilitating difficult conversations, and working productively across diverse teams.

Preferred Experience:Behavioral Health Insurer Product and ImplementationHealth Insurance / Health Plan experience

Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or equivalent experience; a Master's degree or relevant certification (e.g., PMP) is a plus.At least 3-5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the healthcare industry.Proficient knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) and enterprise project management tools (PlanView, SmartSheets,MS Project, etc).Excellent leadership, communication, and conflict resolution skills.Comfortable with ambiguity and able to pivot as necessary, demonstrating flexibility in approach.Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with an emphasis on professionalism.A hands-on, ego-free team player who can navigate delicate situations and build strong relationships.
