What we seek

We’re looking for a highly motivated and passionate Supply Chain Manager with a strong understanding of purchasing, inbound logistics, inventory management, project management, and product development. You’ll report to the Senior Director of Supply Chain and have a direct impact on the growth of the company by optimizing our operation and processes and contributing to making innovative products that improve women’s lifestyle. We’d like you to be comfortable with our fast-paced work environment, be very organized and detail-oriented, and enjoy working with cross functional teams across US and Korea offices. Most importantly, we would like you to genuinely love our products and brand and have a passion for the cause we believe in.

What you will do: Inbound OperationDevelop and implement strategic plans to optimize the inbound supply chain process.Track and manage open purchase orders, monitor supplier performance, and ensure timely delivery of components and finished products.Coordinate inbound shipments in partnership with our SCM team in Korea, including arranging transportation and coordinating delivery appointments with third-party logistics providers.Oversee inventory levels and allocation, optimize inventory turnover, and minimize stockouts and excess inventory through effective inventory planning.Manage inventory in multiple warehouses and allocate inventory based on sales volume for each sales channel.Create new SKUs, UPC, GTIN; update master item data; manage the inventory report.Maintain shipment histories and document files. Project Management & Product Development SupportCollaborate with Product Development team and Product Marketing to keep product development, production, and delivery schedule on track; follow up with PD team with new product specifications related to supply chain and/or retailer requirements and find opportunities to optimize our specs and operation.For select manufacturers, establish and maintain relationships with contract manufacturers, negotiate contracts, and ensure clear communication regarding production schedules, quality standards, and delivery timelinesLead project management for new product launches from development to delivery in partnership with PD, Marketing, and Creative.Work with Marketing and Sales to look for opportunities to optimize our product specs to improve operational efficiency.Follow up with SCM team in Korea or ex-Korea based manufacturers for quality issues and find opportunities to improve quality control. Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business administration, engineering, or a related fieldMinimum 7 years of experience in supply chain management, with at least 3 years in product development, project management, or production planning experience. Preferably, experience in CPG and personal care industry. Proven track record of successfully managing supplier relationships and negotiating contracts.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and make data-driven decisions.Agile, organized, and detail-oriented. Self-driven, entrepreneurship, and can-do spiritAdvanced skills in Microsoft Excel; experience working with ERP and WMS systemsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.Ability to speak Korean is a huge plus
