What Winning Looks Like
Partner with IT Support and Procurement to manage team member access to tools Monitor services to refine and improve manual systematic operations Manage and improve team member identity lifecycle Plan, implement, and maintain automated processes related to identity and access lifecycleProvide support for day-to-day Identity and Access Management (IAM) activities including user provisioning, deprovisioning, and access change requestsCreate and maintain documentation related to identity and access management processesCollaborate with IAM Administrators and project stakeholders to ensure timelines are metPerform audits to review team member tool access
Skills Needed To Win
1+ years of experience in Identity & Access AdministrationUnderstanding of technologies such as Azure AD, SCIM, SAML, Single Sign-on (SSO), OAuth, and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA).Experience within Okta or other similar tool (i.e. SailPoint, Ping Identity) preferred, but not required. Previous/current experience working with SaaS tools Ability to collaborate with team members in a fast-paced environment Detail oriented/process driven and amazing problem-solving abilityExcellent communication skillsEffective time management skills
$55,000 - $80,000/year* + profit sharing + benefits
Range depends on level of skill and overall experience
