Job Summary

Experience with label management applications, secure file transfer applications (i.e., GoAnywhere MFT), file sharing (i.e. Linux, Windows), open database connections, structured query language, and business intelligence reporting (i.e., PowerBI)

3 years with GoAnywhere SFTP server Assist with integration and testing Support system and component owners; provide quality control and oversight. Identify the appropriate sequence and scheduling of integration efforts for subsystems. Determine the external interfaces requirements necessary to support subsystem integration and testing and arrange to simulate. strong Shell scripting (Bash/Ksh, PERL, Python)Maintaining production transfer solutions using GoAnywhere, system configurations, unit test plans, and other supporting technical documentation. Clarifying requests for enhancements or systems changes with Application Development, Security Operations (SECOPS), and System and Business Analysts. Analyzing user requirements, documents, and requests to develop effective automated solutions. Following coding and documentation standards through a review process. In addition to these major areas of responsibility, the administrator will support other operational duties as assigned. Experience with network diagnostic, monitoring, and analysis tools. Considerable experience in customer support, including problem definition and resolution for both network hardware and software. Demonstrated ability to create accurate documentation for design and planning systems. Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field or equivalent combination of education, experience, and training. Knowledge of network troubleshooting to include proxy servers and firewalls. Knowledge of the Full Life Cycle Development of Information Technology Services Experience with the design, development, and testing of large, automated solutions, specifically in the banking and financial services industry. Knowledge of the Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) Foundation. strong written and oral communication skills and demonstrated ability to present technical information in a user-friendly manner.
