Responsibilities
Develop and implement employee engagement strategies to foster a positive work environment. Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws. Manage employee benefits, including health insurance, 401(k) plans, and payroll processing. Address and resolve employee concerns related to benefits and compensation. Collaborate with other departments to streamline HR processes.
