📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
Job Summary
The KM Lead is responsible for understanding current knowledge management systems and frameworks and then adapting to support our digital experience requirements. They will then engage and support HR teams throughout the organization in curating their content to meet these requirements. They will be at the leading edge of using AI to shape our Knowledge Management approach that then feeds into our AI search, knowledge repositories and conversational AI assistants

Responsibilities
Design, develop, and manage programs related to AI-ready knowledge management across Global HR. Deploying training, communications, and awareness programs related to ensure a sustainable framework. Identifying ways to improve the current knowledge management systems and processes. Collaborating with team members to capture new information that can be stored in the knowledge base. Develop and implement taxonomies for structured tagging of information Catalog and assess AI readiness of existing documents and artifacts and then work with stakeholders to improve existing documents and artifact to new standards and taxonomies Partnering on maintenance of knowledge management systems or platforms (SharePoint, Service-Now, others as deemed relevant). Leverage AI, workflow and automation to streamline knowledge collection and ongoing management Conducting evaluation strategies to gauge knowledge program effectiveness and return on investment. This can include metrics collection, analysis, and reporting. Encouraging a consistent and effective knowledge-sharing culture across the organization. All other duties reasonably required of the position.
