We are looking for a skilled Engineering Sourcing Specialist to work with the Talent Acquisition team and understand the recruitment needs of the company. You will be responsible for working with a Sr. Recruiter with a focus on Sourcing for a variety of roles. Your job will be to develop a sourcing strategy and help to hire top talent that will support company growth.We are looking for a decision-maker with strong interpersonal and communication skills. You need to be able to recognize and attract the best candidates for particular job positions.

ResponsibilitiesDevelop and incorporate an effective sourcing strategyProduce and update job specifications and descriptionsArrange sourcing materialsPost job ads on the company’s website and relevant job boardsEvaluate resumes, cover letters, and job applicationsPerform interviews and evaluate the candidates’ skills, knowledge, and experienceFollow up with successful candidates and update the company’s internal recordsBe a point of contact between the candidate and the company during the selection processRequirementsMust be able to handle a req load of 15-20 openingsAutomotive industry experience a big plusExperience with Sourcing for Engineering roles4+ years of previous sourcing in recruitment (combination of agency and in house preferred)Excellent interpersonal, decision-making, and communication skillsPrevious experience with conducting various types of interviewsExperience with LinkedIn RecruiterProven track record of driving process improvements and an unmatched desire to provide excellent service to our candidates, hiring teams, and recruiting partnersIs solution oriented, result driven, proactive and flexibleHas a strong work ethic; self-directed, resourceful, works independently, motivated by own drive and passion, capable of working independently as well as working in a teamDemonstrates personal accountability and integrity
