📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
Job Summary
Global manufacturer in growth mode is seeking a CMMS Specialist. Individual will be responsible for administering, customizing, and optimizing CMMS software to streamline maintenance operations within the organization. Also will be responsible for providing training and support to users, manage data integrity, integrate the CMMS with other systems, and ensure compliance with regulations. No layoffs in company history, bonus that has historically paid well, and a great opportunity to learn and grow!

Responsibilities
System Administration
Administer the CMMS software, ensuring its functionality and reliability. Configure system settings, user permissions, and access controls. Maintain data integrity by overseeing regular backups and updates.
Training And Support
Provide training to new users on how to navigate and utilize the CMMS effectively. Offer ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance to users encountering issues. Develop training materials and documentation for reference.
Customization And Optimization
Customize the CMMS to meet the specific needs and workflows of the organization. Identify opportunities for system optimization and efficiency improvements. Collaborate with stakeholders to implement changes and enhancements.
Data Management
Manage data input, ensuring accurate and consistent recording of maintenance activities. Generate reports and analyze data to identify trends, track performance, and make informed decisions. Maintain databases and ensure data security and compliance with relevant regulations.
Integration And Interfacing
Integrate the CMMS with other software systems and tools used within the organization. Interface with equipment sensors and IoT devices to enable automated data collection. Collaborate with IT and other departments to ensure seamless integration and interoperability.
Continuous Improvement
Proactively identify areas for process improvement within the maintenance management system. Implement best practices and standards to optimize maintenance workflows and procedures. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in CMMS technology.
