Job Summary
Permanent Position: New opening for an Electronics Quality Manager in the Litchfield, CT area.
The Quality Manager Must Have
3+ years of Quality Management experience in an electronic system/ electronic products manufacturing environment. Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Technology, Computer Engineering, or equivalent. Understanding of Manufacturing Processes through previous work experience. Quality Methods - Process Control, Defect Identification, and Analysis, SPC, PFMEA. Data Analysis using Epicor, Power BI or a similar data management program Ability to travel 5%

Responsibilities
Manages the overall operation of the quality department - manufacturing, supplier quality, customer complaints, and new product development Team management of Quality Associates, Technicians, and Engineers. Works with the production floor to manage rejection and make improvements. Quality process development for new products
