Financial AnalystLocation: NYC, 110 E 59th – candidate needs to be able to come into the office at least 1x per week Tues-Thur, preference for 2-3 daysHours: 40 hrs per week, typical workingPay Rate Range: $45-58/hr based on experienceNeed: ASAP, end of May start date Duration: 6 months to cover parental leave
What does the team do?:Develop and enhance Strategic Pricing capabilities at The Estee Lauder Companies through collaboration with Marketing, Finance, Strategy, and corporate functions, across Brands and RegionsAssist in the management and development of advanced pricing analytics and tools1. Tableau-based pricing analytics platform, including the development of itscapabilities in pricing-related insights and best practices.2. Cloud-based pricing platform, to facilitate process workflow, decisions, andreporting.Support strategic projects that further ELC pricing expertise and capabilities. May include: corridor analysis, competitive intelligence, SKU valorization, price elasticity, market specific deep dives, sales discounts / promotions, SKU productivitySupport all data activities: data integrity, data transformation, data analysis and data presentation Qualifications2-4 years of experience in financial institution or CPG related industryKnowledge of Microsoft suite of reporting toolsStrong communication skills with ability to challenge the status quoAbility to multi-task, handle ambiguous tasks independently, self starter, etc
