📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
Job Summary
A respected engineering firm in PA is looking for a Land Surveyor. Candidates should have a Professional Degree in Land Surveying Civil Engineering, or equivalent required. Should be a Registered Licensed Surveyor (PS), preferred, or be able to obtain licensure within 6-8 months. Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3-D and Trimble product experience is needed. Field and Office work. Salary and benefits.

Responsibilities
Manage the survey tasks
Scheduling the survey crews
Determining the most appropriate data collection method
Field data preparation, record research, processing the field data, verifying the accuracy of survey data, survey calculations
Managing the base mapping process, preparing plats and easements
Research previous survey evidence, maps, deeds, physical evidence, and other records to obtain data needed for field surveys
Perform field work as needed
