📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
Job Summary
An Operation Startup Leader is needed for the world's largest food and beverage company in the Jefferson, WI area. The Operations and Start-Up Leader supports capital projects to enhance business processes and operations, ensuring project milestones align with business, schedule, and budget objectives, while collaborating extensively with internal and external stakeholders and ensuring operational readiness and safety.

Responsibilities
Support E2E with coaching and oversight of key milestones and deliverables in line with project schedules. Participate in defining operational requirements and success criteria. Track and report on progress of ramp-up/start-up plans against business objectives. Plan, prepare, and coordinate operational preparation, pre-commissioning, commissioning, qualification, verification, and start-up activities. Co-lead commissioning and start-up execution & reporting. Consult on and track recruiting, staffing, and training progress. Ensure operational safety and escalate operational risks as necessary.
Education And Experience
Bachelor's degree with 5+ years in business analysis and project management in manufacturing, industrial, or related environments. Alternatively, an Associate's degree with 7+ years in project management/business analysis in similar environments. 5+ years' experience in early management, operations, and/or start-up environments. 5+ years' experience in Project Engineering Management of multi-million dollar capex projects.
Preferred Qualifications: PMP or equivalent Project Management Professional certification.
