Outside Sales Representative

Randstad is looking for a sales All-Star to join our team as a Staffing Manager!

What you get to do:Identify prospects in need of Randstad’s workforce services & solutionsEffectively sell to new and existing clients, recruit and place candidatesBuild strong relationships with hiring managers virtually and in-personExecute the activities that will yield results (lots of calls, virtual and on-site client meetings)Effectively source, recruit, interview, and select candidatesInterview, hire and coach candidates via phone, virtually, and in-personUse a combination of tech and touch approaches to expand our reach

Hybrid Schedule: Remote 2 days per week-- office is currently located in Santa Rosa but will be moving towards the area where most of our clients are located in the Napa area.
