📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
Job Summary
Leading manufacturer of a variety of equipment accessories based near New Brunswick is in search of a Production/Manufacturing engineer to lead improvement& layout projects as well as ensure all products meet engineering standards. This is a hands-on floor-level role looking for someone with an eye for efficiency & an ability to troubleshoot.

Responsibilities
Analyze and plan workflow, equipment placement, and space requirements to improve manufacturing efficiency. Coordinate equipment maintenance and repair services and make sure that the manufacturer's procedures and instructions are followed in order to keep production equipment operational. Analyze production processes, schedules, methods, and other data and then provide management with reports Troubleshoots manufacturing issues to support production, increase efficiency, and reduce downtime. Implements projects aimed at reducing costs and scrap, while improving production consistency.
