Contribute to our success in maintaining top-notch product quality with an established AND rapidly growing manufacturing company! Responsibilities
Conducting thorough quality inspections and audits to ensure products meet established standards. Identify and address deviations from quality specifications and work with production teams to implement corrective actions. Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation related to quality control processes, procedures, and standards. Collaborate with relevant teams to ensure accurate and up-to-date documentation of product specifications and quality metrics. Create clear and concise technical documentation, including standard operating procedures, work instructions, and quality manuals. Communicate complex technical information in a manner that is easily understood by team members and stakeholders. Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 standards and actively contribute to the continuous improvement of the quality management system. Participate in internal and external audits, addressing findings and implementing corrective and preventive actions. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including production, engineering, and supply chain, to address quality issues and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Provide training and support to employees on quality control processes and procedures.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience. Proven experience in quality assurance within an industrial environment. strong knowledge of ISO 9001 standards and quality management systems required Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Preferably proficient in both Spanish and English
