Sales Staffing Manager

This position is a full-time onsite position, working at Randstad's Rocky Mount, NC branch location. Eligible candidates must be in commuting distance of Rocky Mount office (on Sunset Avenue) and be willing to report in office daily.

This is a full-desk opportunity, meaning b2b sales and cold calling to sell Randstad's staffing services to companies + recruitment efforts to find great candidates for our customers!

What you need to bring:Bachelor’s degree and/or 1-3 years of professional sales experience1+ years of business experience in sales and/or recruitingStrong history of being the best at whatever you have done in the pastB2b sales, cold calling experience beneficial, but not necessaryStrong history of being the best at whatever you have done in the pastTechnically adequate and competentProficiency using Google mail, calendaring and shared drivesAbility to connect with others through phone, video, social media, and in-person meetingsPrior experience working in a team-oriented and fast-paced organizationTrack record of delivering results in a metrics-driven or tech-savvy environmentExperience or quick adaptability utilizing digital tools and google suite applicationsPassion for results, resilience, self-confidence, and the desire to do an exceptional jobPossess a natural curiosity and relentless determination to make things happen - you like to WIN!
