We are looking to fill an immediate need for 7 Financial Representatives to work in the Life New Business Solutions Center. Our team is a nationally known leader in the field of financial services and insurance.

Why Work for Us:Your hourly pay rate will be $17.50-$19.00 per hour!The work site 1000 Yard St. Grandview Heights!Candidates need to be available to work between the hours of 11:30 am to 8:00 pm Monday thru Thursday and Friday 9:30am to 6:00 pm. No weekends. (mandatory training is for 4 weeks 9am-4:30pm M-F) Flexible work options (hybrid WFH) can be discussed after 2 months based on performance.Weekly Pay and Health BenefitsCareer growth opportunities

What you would be doing:The Life New Business Solutions Center team is responsible for taking inbound calls from agents who submit life insurance applications. This team answers inbound calls for all pending life cases for all distributions and acts as a liaison to the Case Managers and Underwriters. The position is focused on ensuring that the life insurance policies meet good order requirements and completeness and performs data entry into the administrative systems. This Solution Center is responsible for delivering a quality experience with each interaction, while maintaining and exceeding service level agreements. This role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to learn fast and to manage ambiguous requirements, and a strong quality and productivity focus. Technical knowledge relating to life insurance, soft-phone skills and multi-tasking are just a few of the critical attributes needed to be successful in this role.
