Data Entry Specialist

Title: Specialist, Research Engagement ServicesLocation: Fort Myers, FLDuration: 6+ months Additional Details:2 day on-site to Fort Myers, FLCandidates MUST be willing to work in EST, Full-time: Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm (no flexibility) Job Details:The primary responsibility of the role is to support the Global Services & Delivery and Sales teams with the timely processing of Proof of Concept (POC) requests. This in turn will drive Guided New Business through effective POC execution. Key Responsibilities:Monitor assigned email box and promptly process emails into the CRM database during working hours.Edit POC Requests in CRM system against daily requests received via email exchange with the internal stakeholders (TAT of 24 hours to be maintained)Maintain and update the POC request tracker for operational view on the requests.Work alongside the team to drive operational excellence by continuously iterating processes across the prospect lifecycle.Support the team in partnering with stakeholders to identify opportunities for efficiency improvements and enhanced experiences to ensure the SLA of 24 hours for EP assignment is met.Act swiftly when a received email requires action whether it's taking the action or flagging it to the leadership. Actively monitor the request queue and promptly routing requests during shifts Skills and qualifications Required :Bachelor's degree2-3 years relevant professional experience required for consideration.Proficient in English languageStrong verbal and written communicationPrior work experience in backend / business operationsPreferred: Experience working across multiple time zonesAbility to work with cross-functional teams.Ability to use problem solving skills to highlight urgent issues, when needed.Working knowledge of Macros would be a plus.
