Job Description: This is a contract to hire role.
Location: This is a hybrid role and the resource will be required to work onsite two days per week in either the Holmdel, NJ, New York, NY, Bethlehem, PA, or Stamford, CT office. At this time, we will only accept local candidates who live within commuting distance to one of these offices. We will not accept remote candidates.
A Glider technical assessment is required for this request.
We are looking for candidates who are heavy on the developer side and not as much on the administrator side.
You have:6+ years of software engineering experience including development, implementation, admin/support, and life cycle governanceGood to have knowledge of and experience with IBM ECM Suite - FileNet Content Manager/Content NavigatorBachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline6+ years of experience in Java/J2EE technologiesExperience with REST and SOAP services using Spring boot frameworkExperience in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Dojo/Dijit/widgetExperience working with RDBMS such as SQL Server and database concept knowledgeExperience with model-view-controller (MVC) architectureExcellent communication skills with experience working directly with business partnersStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with an experienced history in application supportInterest in upskilling and learning new technologiesFunctional knowledge of AWS Cloud ServicesExperience with modern web application development, including build tools, testing and CI/CDPreferred Qualifications:Experience in Enterprise Content Management Tools including IBM FileNet, IBM Content Navigator, IBM Content CollectorExperience with SaaS software implementationsKnowledge of XML, JSON, Shell scripting, REST-based API integrationsExperience with front-end technologies/frameworks including React, HTML, and CSS.Infrastructure and Technical Architecture knowledgeFunctional knowledge of AWS Cloud ServicesExperience with modern web application development, including build tools, testing and CI/CDExperience with code source controlQUALIFICATIONS:Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field8-10 years of full stack professional software development experience. 5+ years in a lead role.7+ years of experience with Microsoft .net technologies, including dotnet core.5+ years of experience with front-end technologies/framework including React JS, Node JS, HTML, and CSS.Experience with service-oriented and cloud native software architecturesExperience with modern web application development, including build tools, testing and CI/CDExperience with secure programming practices, software delivery and cloud security principlesExperience with cloud technology including AWS, Docker, SNS/SQSExperience with source control and development workflows: Bitbucket, GitFamiliarity with API architectures including microservice strategy
