Supply Chain Assistant (Agriculture Chemicals)

Description:The incumbent will provide administrative and clerical support as directed to meet site objectives.Incumbent may also be assigned additional duties as directed, including, but not limited to cycle counting, warehouse forklift driver as needed, and coordination with operations department.The incumbent will work closely with the Supply Chain Manager and Supply Chain Planners to ensure documentation and materials are up to date and ready as needed for production. Required Qualifications:High School Diploma? 3-5 years of administrative and/or logistics experienceMust have excellent communication (written and verbal) and customer service skillsMust be detail-oriented and able to read and interpret company policies, procedures, and guidelinesStrong time-management and organizational skillsMust be proficient in Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)?Must be able to lift and/or move up to 40 pounds Preferred Qualifications:Proficiency in SAP platforms (procurement and logistics functions) and Lotus Notes?Strong data analysisShipping & Receiving experienceExperience working in a 5S and safety-conscious environment.

Principal Responsibilities:Provides daily administrative support/functions, including but not limited to various reports in Excel, PowerPoint, and SAP.Inventory reviews and issuing cycle counts.Packaging reviews for artwork, labeling requirements, requisition templates, master data updates.Multi-tasks and responds to evolving priorities relating to supply chain and logistics.Maintain a clean and orderly work area.Follows site safety rules and promotes their observance in performance of job duties.Performs other work-related duties as assigned.
