Marketing Coordinator

Job Summary

RAYUS Radiology, formerly Center for Diagnostic Imaging and Insight Imaging, is looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join our team. We are challenging the status quo by shining light on radiology and making it a critical first step in diagnosis and proper treatment. Come join us and shine brighter together! As our Marketing Coordinator , you will support department workflows by working closely with key stakeholders in ma naging projects and executing various tasks simultaneously . You will ensure marketing efforts are on brand with the company’s vision and mission and assume ownership in ensuring assigned project timelines are defined and deadlines met . This is a full-time, remote Monday thru Friday working hours; 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

Marketing Project Management Support

Works in conjunction with Marketing Project Managers to execute tasks for a variety of marketing projects in the queue Monitors and f acilitates the daily creative process of projects for a range of audiences Provide detailed updated to Marketing Project Managers and other stakeholders Works with designers and copywriters to create materials, make changes to existing materials, manage collateral and design files Assists in collecting data and organizing reports and other files for regional and national marketing campaigns Ma nage ad hoc and recurring internal department projects and upkeeping department documents

Marketing Front and Back End Production Support

Works in conjunction with Marketing Traffic Manager on front and back-end production of projects Ensures team members have the supplies and resources needed to complete projects on time and within budget Works with production vendors on the upload and auditing of new and revamped material

Completes other tasks and projects as assigned

Requirements

Required

Bachelor’s degre e (or equivalent) in marketing, project management , or related field preferred 2 + years of project coordinator or marketing coordinator or relatable experience Healthcare/Radiology industry experience a plus Marketing agency, or in-house corporate marketing team experience a plu s
