CNC Operator

RB Royal, a family owned and operated manufacturing business located in Fond du Lac, WI, is looking to hire additional CNC Operator's.

RB Royal is a premium manufacturer of fluid transfer systems. Think custom coils, tubing and hoses that move water, air, oil and fuel. We manufacture solutions for the following markets: marine, automotive, construction, motor sports, agriculture, food processing medical, power generation, etc.

Hours / Pay1st Shift: Monday thru Thursday 5:00am-3:00pm2nd Shift: Monday thru Thursday 3:00pm-1:00amCompensation based on Knowledge, skills and abilities.

Duties and ResponsibilitiesReads and interprets blueprints, setup sheets and QA sheets.

Runs automated CNC machines loading parts and monitoring product as the operator completes other jobs or tasks. Often running as many as three or four automated machines at a time.

Calls up program to run the parts as specified, from a program that is already entered in the memory.

Perform minor setups and adjustments on machines as assigned and trained in respective department. (i.e. loading programs, changing tooling, changing fixtures, and programs in welding cells).

Must be able to read and interpret shop orders, quality sheets, ISO procedures and prints for building product. Follow standard work instructions as written for the cell, machine or process.

Accurately records information such as time and attendance, entering counts, lot numbers, start and end operations, scrap, reject codes, etc., on written sheets, or into the computer system.

Coordinates own efforts as a team member within the project group or cell in working with others, sharing duties as needed and ensuring a quality end product that is completed correctly and on time

Ability to use various quality equipment to accurately measure parts. These pieces of equipment include: Comparator; CMM light table; Romer Arm.

Participate in testing and requesting new tooling using the appropriate RB Royal forms.

QualificationsHigh school diploma, plus previous experience programming, setting up and operating CNC type machines.
