Job Summary
Provides technical support and coordination for the Services management function for a specific client or group of clients. Applies complete knowledge, skills, and practices to perform assignments.
Job Description
Participating in problem reviews, root cause analysis, trend analysis and audits.Identifying and investigating service-related problems. Implementing or escalating corrections as appropriate.Assisting in defining and deploying problem management processes and procedures for specific clients.Coordinating activities with other service areas and functions. Developing, documenting and disseminating process changes and improvements.
