Position Overview
Director of Quality to lead our sterile products division. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality management, regulatory compliance, and sterile manufacturing processes. As the Director of Quality, you will play a critical role in ensuring the highest standards of quality and compliance across our sterile product portfolio.
Responsibilities:Partners with the Site Quality Head and Global Quality leadership to propose approaches in executing the strategic quality goals and ensuring alignment across the network.Oversight of the end to end hiring process for the Quality department. Providing performance related feedback, training and mentoring, and supports career development.Provides direction for Quality teams that is current with industry trends, guidelines and regulations. Responsible to ensure progress and completion of opportunities and continuous improvement initiatives.Designs and implements Quality improvements while ensuring high level internal / external customer support.Attends Site Quality Council and Lot Disposition meetings.Manages and tracks Key Performance Indicating Quality Metrics including compilation of monthly/quarterly deviation trending reports for site management.Supports Customer audits and/or Regulatory inspections.
