Who we are looking for
Re:car is adding a QMS IT Systems Lead who will be responsible for coordinating the selection, implementation, and maintenance of the quality management systems (QMS) and related IT tools for Re:Car. This position will work closely with the business stakeholders, the IT team, and the external vendors to ensure that the QMS meets the requirements and standards.
What you get to do
Lead the QMS IT systems strategy, roadmap, and execution aligning with objectives and priorities. Manage the QMS IT systems lifecycle, from selection, startup, integration, validation, training, support, to continuous improvement. Coordinate the business requirements, user feedback, and best practices for the QMS IT systems, ensuring that they meet the needs and expectations of the internal and external stakeholders. Collaborate with the IT team and the external vendors to ensure the QMS IT systems are reliable, secure, scalable, and aligned with IT policies and standards. Oversee the supplier quality, manufacturing quality, vendor selection, qualification, certification, scorecard, quoting, and integration processes for the QMS IT systems, ensuring that they are consistent, efficient, and effective. Monitor and report on the QMS IT system’s performance, quality, and compliance, identifying and resolving any issues or risks. Provide leadership, guidance, and coaching to the QMS IT systems team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.
What you bring to the team
Bachelor's degree in IT, engineering, quality, or related field and/or equivalent experience. At least 5 years of experience in QMS IT systems management, preferably in the electric vehicle or automotive industry. Strong knowledge of QMS IT systems, tools, and standards, such as ISO 9001, IATF 16949, APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA, etc. Proven experience in QMS IT systems selection, implementation, integration, validation, and supportExperience with integration with PLM and ERP systems. Excellent project management, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners. Passion for quality, innovation, and sustainability.
