We are looking for a Keyholder to join our Aspen team. **Please note you must currently be located within commuting distance to Aspen to be considered for this role**
DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:Responsible for the success and results within all areas of the storeMonitors daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals and works creatively to achieve these goalsWorks with customers and models superior customer service and clienteling skillsMaximizes sales through strong floor presenceImplements visual merchandising and supervises the overall cleanliness and organization of the sales floor and back stockEnsures store appearance and atmosphere supports and reinforces the brand imageImplement company policies and proceduresEDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:1+ years of experience in similar roleDetail oriented with strong organizational and analytical skillsExcellent verbal and communication skillsA highly organized multi-tasker who thrives in a fast-paced, frequently changing environmentStrong computer knowledge/proficiency (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Shopify)Customer centric with a positive attitudeFull understanding of specialty retail, including business development, visual merchandising, and store operationsStrong leadership critical thinking and problem-solving skills
