Our mission extends beyond just creating written content; we aim to empower entrepreneurs and business leaders with the tools to share their knowledge and expertise, reclaim their time through processes, and ultimately focus on growing their businesses.What We’ll Provide:Access to 5-6 figure training programs related to fieldMentorship Program, one-on-one mentoring and 2 sessions post-internship for wrapping up and job readinessHands-on professional experience that teaches valuable skills applicable in your personal life and professional careerCollaboration with and real-time constructive feedback from managers who have excellent industry acumenOpportunities to interact with senior leadershipLasting career connections with fellow interns, mentors, and clientsEligibility to earn academic credit, contingent on internship course credit offerings at enrolled institutionPossible end of internship bonus - still in implementationIntern Responsibilities:Collaborate with clients and team members to develop copy and creative direction by:Meeting with clients to establish their desired tone and messaging for their campaignManaging and organizing multiple jobs and projects on a daily basisCommunicating with colleagues and senior leadership on the status of projectsDevelop copy for various channels and audiences by:Writing website copy, social media copy, and expanding manuscript copyProducing error-free copy that adheres to Reaching & Rooted style guideCreating high-engagement copy that reflects brand voiceLearning and applying SEO principles to maximize copy’s reachUtilizing digital best practices, processes and procedures for all forms of communication and engagementEditing and proofreading copy as neededAssist in creating persuasive messaging and promoting content by:Creating voice-over scripts for videoDeveloping messaging for various target audiencesWhen appropriate, promoting content that is created by you and our teamAssisting with publishing production as neededEligibility Requirement:Applicants for this internship program must meet one of the following criteria:Must be currently enrolled in an educational institution and receiving school credit for the internship.Must be able to demonstrate that the internship is integrated with their coursework, enhancing their educational experience.Must fulfill specific educational requirements set by their institution, department, or major program of study.Suggested Qualifications:Degree/profile in Creative Writing, Business, Marketing, English, Communication, Interdisciplinary, etc.Fluent English (Bilingual is a plus)Business-oriented and open-mindedGood communication skills Able to gain people's confidence and put them at easePersuasive, persistent and patient Able to cope with pressure Flexible and adaptableDuration, Schedule & Pay:This will be a 4-6 month unpaid internship, possible end of internship bonus.Full-time Schedules: Monday to Friday, 9 AM - 6 PM EST with an hour break for lunchMonday to Friday, 9 AM - 4 PM EST with an hour break for lunchPart-time Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM - 1 PM or 2 PM - 6 PMIf you are interested in this internship, do not hesitate to contact us.Catherine Lopez and R&R TeamEmail address: letstalk@reachingandrooted.org
