Technical Project Manager (eUICC SIM Tracking)

Project Description:Create a process/method/procedure to be able to track eUICCs that need to be certified by Network provider. This will also include creating a front door process to be able to track the eUICCs and publish the certified eUICCs on an Network provider's external website. This will involve working primarily with the SIM certification team but will also interact with outside vendors.

Role Responsibilities:Performs project or program management work focused on product launches, enable development and/or related customer implementations.Projects/programs are very complex in nature, rarely follow a repeatable framework, typically span multiple business units, or are company-wide, and require a high level of analysis to create and synthesize related project/program plans.Leads cross-functional teams in the end-to-end delivery of projects or programs within allotted timeline and budget, meeting established quality criteria.Guides activities of a project/program team including delegating tasks to team members.Maintains accountability, transparency, and alignment through superlative communication, engagement and influence without authority.Drives project/program scope-definition and objectives; creating and maintaining artifacts such as an appropriate charter, action item register, and project planPractices active risk management, identifying potential areas of challenge and developing/maintaining contingency plansActively manages project budget across multiple budget entities; ensures alignment onestimates, forecasts and actuals incurredManages the integration of vendor tasks and tracks into the integrated schedule and reviews vendor deliverables.Conducts project/program meetings with appropriate agendas and minutes. Maintainsinformation repository; driving alignment through active management of relevant artifactsEnsure adherences to quality standards and reviews project/program deliverables.

Qualifications:5 years project management experience3 years’ experience in product development or product realization environmentsProficient in Microsoft Office suite and related Project Management tools (MS Word, Excel,PowerPoint, Visio, MS Project)SIM card experience + eUICC is preferredDrives alignment by communicating boldly and with clarityBuilds relationships and strategically collaborates across workgroups to achieve mutual
