Als Werkstudent im Bereich Social Media Management wirst du Teil unseres Teams und gestaltest mit uns Accounts, Content-Pläne und Communitys mit echtem Drive.

Aufgaben
- Planung und Umsetzung von Social-Media-Posts (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn etc.)
- Community Management und Interaktion mit der Zielgruppe
- Erstellung von Redaktionsplänen und Beitragskonzepten
- Unterstützung bei Content-Ideen und Storytelling
- Monitoring von Performance und Insights
- Trend-Recherche und Benchmarking
Qualifikation
- Erfahrung mit Instagram, TikTok und LinkedIn (organisch + gerne Paid)
- Gespür für Trends, Sprache und Zielgruppen
- Erste Erfahrung mit Canva, Meta Business Suite oder Scheduling-Tools
- Kreative Ideen, strukturiertes Arbeiten und Social-Media-Feingefühl
- Motivation, Verantwortung zu übernehmen und echte Projekte mitzugestalten
- Bonus: Interesse an Performance-Marketing oder Content-Produktion
