Responsibilities

Looking for a detail-oriented Lifestyles Manager to identify, coordinate and market all resident programs and events to include recreational, social, travel, cultural, educational and entertainment designed to enrich the quality-of-life residents of the community.

The Lifestyles Manager is primarily responsible for planning and executing small to large scale resident and community-wide events. Responsibilities encompass event coordination from planning to execution, marketing and promotions, & vendor and contract management.

Supervision of other staff Knowledge and understanding of the budget Plan, coordinate and implement resident events and community-wide events. Vendor management skills to ensure excellent vendor partnership and relationship building Secure all entertainment, food, decorations and items necessary to carryout event/s Social committee liaison soliciting input and involvement from residents by attending committee meetings Assess overall success of event/s Additional duties assigned by the Director of Lifestyle and Communications and the Executive Director.

Qualifications

Associates degree or higher Flexible schedule Qualified applicants are extremely client focused and will display the following: Strong attention to detail, Ability to problem solve, Ability to maintain confidential information, Strong written and verbal communication skills, Strong time management skills, Ability to work independently or with a group, and ability to meet a high standard of customer service.

Pay and Benefits

$60,000 to $65,000, depending on education and experience.
