Purpose The Digital Marketing + Sales team at Red Aspen provides best in class marketing and ecommerce leading in consumer journey experience, marketing mix modeling through acquisition, retention and attribution. The CRM Intern will execute email development strategies, product reviews, reporting, and project management supporting customer retention and conversion goals.

Duties and Responsibilities Work closely with the Digital Marketing team to execute strategic month-to-month plans for CRM marketing channels. Design compelling emails to help drive engagement and revenue. Implement retention best practices to maintain brand consistency, engage customers, and drive maximum conversions.Manage reviews platform to build out brand credibility and utilize it within marketing efforts. Oversee scheduling, administrative tasks, and organization of key marketing projects.Comfortable pulling reports, analyzing the data, and understanding what is working or not to optimize the experience for our customers and brand ambassadors. Ensure all elements are accurate and relevant. Conduct quality assurance testing on email messages; ensure tracking links, images, subject lines, and segmentation lists function properly; verify that email renders correctly across various email clients.Conduct A/B testing to optimize CRM campaign elements.Track and analyze key CRM marketing metrics, such as click-through rates, conversion rates, engagement rates, and revenue.Work closely with cross-functional teams to align CRM campaigns with overall marketing initiatives.

QualificationsCurrently a junior, senior, or recent graduate of a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or a related field. Email development experience; graphic design experience is a plus.Strong graphic design, project management, and reporting skill set. Excellent written, oral, and copywriting skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, while having exceptional attention to detail.Proficient data analysis skills with the ability to draw conclusions from data sets. Go-getter mentality, able to start, manage, and carry out projects individually within a high-volume team.Ability to work, adapt, and thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment, holding a continuous improvement mindset.
