Role DescriptionWe are currently seeking a Superintendent (High-End Tenant Interiors) for a full-time, on-site role located in Los Angeles, CA. The Superintendent will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of high-end tenant interior projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The Superintendent will collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure a smooth and successful project delivery.
QualificationsMinimum of 5 years of experience as a Superintendent in the construction industryProven track record of successfully completing high-end tenant interior projectsStrong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulationsExcellent leadership and communication skillsAbility to effectively manage subcontractors and ensure project milestones are metStrong problem-solving and decision-making abilitiesAttention to detail and strong organizational skillsProficiency in project management software and toolsBachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field is preferredCertifications in relevant areas such as OSHA 30, First Aid/CPR, and LEED are a plus
