This is supporting the robotics engineering team. They have the potential prints around the product but now need the “electronic” eyes on it to ensure it is done right. This consultant MUST be well-versed and have experience working on products per the IEC 60601 safety guidelines.
The EE will need to be 7+ years in medical device (preferred) along with the following areas of need: Medical 60601 Safety/EMC/wireless coexistence***Absolutely requiredComputer designRouter and wifiCabling (routing, ethernet, USB, power)GroundingPower designThermal testingAltium experience
