Marketing Manager

Redi Shade’s Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing marketing tactics that increase brand awareness, support existing and new business, and reach target audiences via channel marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of marketing principles and be able to develop and implement effective marketing initiatives. This includes developing marketing plans, creating and managing marketing campaigns, and tracking and analyzing marketing results. This role takes a deep dive into the tactical aspects of marketing, rolling up your sleeves to develop and execute campaigns and projects. This role focuses on internal execution and does not involve managing external agencies. Responsibilities:Develop and execute marketing tactics that align with the company's overall business goals for consumer sales and channel marketingDrive the vision and execution of marketing initiatives through strong leadership, team collaboration, project management and organizationCreate and manage marketing materials and collateral spanning from digital to physical trade marketing items such as displays and POPManage the brand's identity including brand voice, positioning, messaging and visual styleCreate and manage marketing campaigns, including trade, advertising, public relations, social media, and email marketing, focused on retail channels and channel partners including oversight of all creativeWork with other departments, such as accounts and new product development to ensure that marketing efforts are aligned with the company's overall goalsOversee the marketing team, their projects and responsibilities, and trainingOversee DTC, wholesale channels and company's ecommerce site to ensure a smooth and efficient shopping experience for customersAnalyze marketing data and track performanceOversee consumer engagement and intellectual propertiesStay up-to-date on marketing trends and best practices
