Redstone Commodity Search are working with a Derivatives Specialist looking to hire an agricultural derivatives sales specialist covering LATAM and/or US.
Key Responsibilities / Tasks
Responsible for transferring an active book, identifying and building new business opportunities.Develop strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.Cultivate strong relationships with clients, understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.Educate clients on our agriculture derivative products, provide clients with market insights and analysis.Assess and manage risk exposure, developing and implement hedging strategies.Reports into Global Head of Sales.
Key Qualifications / Experience
Proven sales experience in financial services or agriculture industry.Strong understanding of agriculture markets and derivatives.Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish; Portuguese proficiency preferred.Ability to work independently and prioritise tasks.Located in either Miami or Sao Paulo – unable to relocate.
